Sorry XF86AudioPlayPause does not exist. ;)
I had a look at two machines with multimedia keyboard. Both have a button
"Play/Pause" which is mapped to XF86AudioPlay in
/usr/share/hotkey-setup/hotkey-setup.xmodmap .
This xmodmap-file seems to be read at every kde start from
/opt/kde3/env/startkde.suse.sh?
Therefore the mapping should be:
XF86AudioPrev -> amarok --previous
XF86AudioNext -> amarok --next
XF86AudioPlay -> amarok --play-pause
XF86AudioStop -> amarok --stop
XF86AudioPause -> amarok --pause
