https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=254033 Summary: Suspend issued by button events often suspend the machine twice Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Alpha 1plus Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Mobile Devices AssignedTo: seife@novell.com ReportedBy: mhopf@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de CC: behlert@novell.com When I press the power button (which is configured to suspend to disk in kpowersave), the machine correctly suspends. When I resume the machine, most of the time it immedeatly suspends again. After the next resume (or when interrupting the suspend) everything works fine. This happens both for StD and StR and for all of the ACPI sleep/suspend/power buttons. The configuration in /etc/sysconfig/powersave/events is irrelevant (why?). Suspending by "powersave -U" works as expected (single suspend). The machine is a Dell D410. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
