It must be something 11.4 specific.
I suspect a stock 11.4 will work too. You are using Xen 4.1 and kernel 2.6.38. openSUSE11.4 shipped with Xen 4.0.2 and kernel 2.6.37. BTW, the OBS Virtualization project contains newer xen packages (4.1.0_01-124.2), as shown in your attachment in #26. You should install the new packages and see if problem still exists.
