You should ask users using pool on opensuse.org or survey "Do You want have an option "multiple desktops installation"? or and Summary of Size Installation. and not assume that Your conclusions are correct or not. Imagine I am an Windows XP user, I do not know that with Linux I can install more than one Desktop. And to have this option would be very helpful to choose my favorite one.
