binfmt_0000 indicates that there is something wrong with the initrd. The kernel
sees all zeros on a place where it expects to find a magic describing the
exectuable format.
We have already seen similar bug previously -- see
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=423068 and particularly comment 8
on https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=423068#c8
Could you please use the method described in that comment to extract the
contents of your initrd and checks whether it looks sane on first sight?
Or just attach your initrd contents to this bug.
