Yeah, we talked about this. Maybe we can simplify it a bit by using

Section "OutputClass" Identifier "SimpleDrm" # match kernel driver MatchDriver "simpledrm" Driver "modesetting" EndSection

There's also NoMatchdriver keyword. So if both are loaded we may need to add

They should never both be loaded because the native driver would push simpledrm out. Or is there a corner case if there are multiple graphics cards in the computer?

So it may even be a static X config file. Or do we also need to add BusID?
