https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=386952 Summary: PS2 mouse not detected Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Beta 2 Platform: i686 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Kernel AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: bob_l_lewis@yahoo.com QAContact: kernel-maintainers@forge.provo.novell.com Found By: Beta-Customer I have an Intel MBO Desktop D845PESV 2.4-GHZ with 1-GB of RAM. Pentium 4 Both Ubuntu and SUSE 11 will not detect the PS2 mouse. This forces me to plug in a USB mouse which does work. I am not sure if I picked the right component above, but since it is broken with both SUSE and Ubuntu I suspect a kernel issue. This machine has been running previous version of SUSE, i.e. 10.2, 10.3 and the mouse port was fine. In fact I just checked the machine as PS2 mouse ok with earlier versions. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
