This bug (I guess) showed up in my case when doing a svn diff or merge
involving multiple files. For instance a diff runs for a while, and then I get
this error:
svn: PROPFIND of '/some/path/to/some/file': SSL negotiation failed: Connection
reset by peer (https://some.url)
svn: Error reading spooled REPORT request response
I could also solve the problem by upgrading libneon, I took libneon27
0.29.3-12.1-x86_64 from the build service, repository
devel:libraries:c_c++/openSUSE_11.3
