This is neither documented nor expected. Also, the check depends on the existence of /usr/bin/on_ac_power , and few will know that as soon as /usr/bin/on_ac_power is installed, the anacron jobs will no longer start when the computer is on battery. This check, for each job, should instead be made by the user.
