Folder view. I have one panel at the top of the screen and another at the bottom. After I dragged additional icon to desktop, each time I login the upper icons are under the panel and scroller added. This happens independently of settings of "Align to grid" and "Lock icons". Attached are 2 screenshots. 1st one shows the icons nicely arranged. Second one captured after logout/login. 2 upper icons are hidden under the upper panel and scroller added on the right.
