a) Shouldn't the release number be reset to 0 (or 1...) when the version
changes? 4.2.0-105.2 -> 4.2.1-107.1
b) From revision 115 to 116 the release number changed from 108 to 103.
About 'b'. kdelibs4 is just a link to the package from Factory. But it was
updated to 4.2.1 in KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop before than in openSUSE:Factory.
So rev 115 is 4.2.0 from openSUSE:Factory plus changes to update it to 4.2.1
while rev 116 is 4.2.1 directly from openSUSE:Factory, without changes.
