The only one package named geronimo in openSUSE is geronimo-specs-poms, which
is not a geronimo, just some J2EE APIS needed for build of some other packages.
I could recommend you to try RPMS from jpackage.org project (they offers a
RPM-MD respository format, compatible with zypper/Yast), or just a jar's from
upstream project. We cannot built them in SUSE, as there're many missing
dependencies, which should be build first.
For example the geronimo11 from jpackage 1.7 needs 74 packages which are not in
openSUSE yet as a direct BuildRequires. Those 74 packages needs many other
packages imported for successful build, so the amount of work necessary for
import of it is huge.
Marked as WONTFIX, because a successful build of geronimo in SUSE is very long
term work.
