At present unable to complete upgrade to 11.4 and stop using 11.3 because of this problem.

Ford, Sorry for late, I met this issue in my office, it works fine in my home, but I can't visit the website in office, and ping is okay, but all of website was resolved one ip address which is my service provider at home. And I don't know why the NM not update it. Just delete it, now it works fine. I thought it's related to you resolv.conf. Could paste it? Or could delete the /etc/resolv.conf then reclick the connection to connect again?
