After a complete fresh DVD installation and updating to the released on 24.11.2009 'radeonhd' the skipped frames are only from time to time and generally the flash-based videos are working better (though not flawlessly).
However, the flickering is still there and I do not understand why the developers of 'radeonhd' continue to insist that the driver has tear-free Xv
Since I'm obviously not looking at your monitor you will have to explain to me what exactly you call flickering.
video decoding, too. Recently I've also talked with some X.Org and Debian developers and I was advised (by some of them) not to use 'radeonhd' but 'radeon' driver because of the lack of tear-free Xv decoding with it ('radeonhd').
