The log you provided ends at first stage of installation.
Normally there system should reboot then and start second
stage of installation. This second stage is where users and other stuff
is set up. When you use PXE, you probably need to trigger boot of newly
installed system manually, nevertheless yast2 should start up during
first boot and finish installation. This is basically the same with autoyast
based and normal yast installation.
What is not the same is that in autoyast one has more freedom
to remove packages, unfortunately this can lead to installed
systems that miss some substantial packages that makes them
fail to be able to start up yast after first reboot. I could be that
this has happened in your case. Otherwise there should be entries
below /var/log/YaST2 where second stage of installation gets started.
So you need to check why yast2 is not started during first boot of
installed system. YaST in second stage gets started via the systemd
service /usr/lib/systemd/system/YaST2-Second-Stage.service which
finally calls script /usr/lib/YaST2/startup/YaST2.Second-Stage
