http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1094752 Bug ID: 1094752 Summary: Device Notifier and Dolphin will not mount encrypted external drives Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: x86-64 OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE Applications Assignee: opensuse-kde-bugs@opensuse.org Reporter: email@chanjp.me QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- The device notifier in Plasma will not mount encrypted luks external drives. "You are not authorised to mount this device" is shown after I plug in the drive, click the down arrow, and enter the password. It then shows "Accessing..." is then shown after I escape from the device notifier and bring it back up. I can only access the drive properly when I mount it from within Dolphin after trying to mount it from device notifier. Attempting to mount encrypted drives in Dolphin first results in an error message stating "An error occurred while accessing "DISK_LABEL", the system responded: the device is already mounted: Device /dev/dm-5 is already mounted at `/run/media/USERNAME/DISK_LABEL'. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
