The updated version did not resolve; I know that this is a DUP of the same issue with other releases however this did not occur until the 12.1 release - at least for me that is. Beforehand, acroread ran without a hitch.
Nevertheless, the RPM AdbeRdr9.4.6-1_i486linux_enu.rpm available via ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/unix/9.x/9.4.6/enu/ that happens to be linked in the duplicates is not the fix/answer.
IF there is more info that I can provide just say the word and I'll get it to you. Again, thanks for your time here however the 9.4.6-1 version does NOT resolve this issue.
