The installer proposed me to keep the windows partition, but I chose to use the whole disk. It proposed me to use sda1 as swap, sda2 as / and sda3 as /home. I did not pay attention to any other detail, and when it rebooted, I had a nice "no operating system" error message. I started again (checked that the partition were there, and were filled with the data). And then I realized in the status page that the bootloader won't be installed to the mbr, but on the partition that has /, which is sda2. My guess is that since this is not the first partition, the bootloader that is in the mbr right now (or the bios, I have no idea) tries to chain to the first partition, which is the swap one. I manually changed the partition settings to have / as sda1 and swap as sda2, and it worked.
