Stefan Dirsch
The older kernel was already tried and failed, judging from the comment 3.
Hmm. You're right. This seems also the one from the previous snapshot.
If any, it can be kernel-firmware update. You can find older kernel-firmware-* packages from OBS TW history repo, https://download.opensuse.org/history/
Or, it could be something to do with Nvidia? The nvidia package is installed on the system.
Sounds weird because load of nvidia driver completely fails. [ 6.248] (==) Matched nvidia as autoconfigured driver 1 [...] [ 6.248] (II) LoadModule: "nvidia" [ 6.248] (WW) Warning, couldn't open module nvidia [ 6.248] (EE) Failed to load module "nvidia" (module does not exist, 0) But, maybe nvidia kernel module is loaded and breaks stuff. Could you uninstall packages: x11-video-nvidiaG05 nvidia-computeG05 nvidia-glG05 nvidia-gfxG05-kmp-default and suse-prime reboot and try again? Looks like these have been installed (and not only updated) with the new snapshot and may have broken things. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
