Yep, looks like a kernel bug.
-> Adding Venkatesh, he might be interested.
Can you play a bit by setting the governor manually, e.g.:
echo userspace >/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
echo powersave >/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq
echo performance >/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
echo powersave >/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq
Does this work (maybe in combination with ondemand governor) or break in a
specific combination?
You haven't done a suspend to ram/disk in between (I heard from someone he gets
stuck on highest speed after s2ram)
