Ok, issue tracked down:
In order for signature handling to work, there must be a product element under
the list entry. This does not seem to be required for add-ons which are signed
with known keys. The below snippet works as expected.
Second quick question: I tried only using import_gpg_key and that did not work.
Is it expected that you must add the key to both accept_non_trusted_gpg_key
and import_gpg_key?
<listentry>
nfs://172.30.0.1/inst/build-service/openSUSE_Tools
<product>openSUSE:Tools</product>
true
<signature-handling>
<all config:type="boolean">false</all>
<keys config:type="list">
<keyid>85753AA5EEFEFDE9</keyid>
</keys>
<all config:type="boolean">false</all>
<keys config:type="list">
<keyid>85753AA5EEFEFDE9</keyid>
</keys>
</signature-handling>
</listentry>
