Happened again after a week of continuous use with no issues. What triggers it
is not at all clear or obvious from user interaction perspective, so not sure
how to reproduce it. Same log entries as above.

This definitely needs to be fixed by the SPICE coders, to not let SPICE take
down qemu with it. At most, it should just disconnect from the client and
restart the spice server code so that the client can connect again. Without
this, the system becomes unusable since it can potentially crash the guest at
any time.
