https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=738389 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=738389#c1 --- Comment #1 from G Venk <gvenkat@attglobal.net> 2011-12-30 06:52:29 UTC --- Happened again after a week of continuous use with no issues. What triggers it is not at all clear or obvious from user interaction perspective, so not sure how to reproduce it. Same log entries as above. dispatch_vdi_port_data: invalid port qemu-kvm: spice-qemu-char.c:141: spice_chr_write: Assertion `s->datalen == 0' fa iled. 2011-12-30 06:37:49.956+0000: shutting down This definitely needs to be fixed by the SPICE coders, to not let SPICE take down qemu with it. At most, it should just disconnect from the client and restart the spice server code so that the client can connect again. Without this, the system becomes unusable since it can potentially crash the guest at any time. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
