yes still the same, a lot of sites witches to UTF-16, I see a difference that
you used i586 version and I have x86_64 one.
but it got me thinking and I checked `about:config` it appears I head:
- intl.charset.default - UTF-16
- intl.charsetmenu.browser.cache - UTF-16, windows-1251, windows-1252, EUC-JP,
windows-1250
changing them to UTF-8 fixes my issue, it appears I was setting(list):
- intl.charsetmenu.browser.static
which is named in the dialog "Active Character Encodings" and I did not know
there is a default that can be set out of the list - and is not accessible
without going into about:config
so for me this is a functional bug where user limited list is not applied to
correlated essential settings, shouldn't default be the first one on the list -
if not shouldn't be there separate combo box to select one?
