I Could reproduce it as well.
The problem is, that there is no check in the kde mediamanager if the volume is
already mounted. kryptomedia starts always when a device with fstype
crypto_LUKS is found via the halbackend.
If added a fix that checks via hal if there is a valid /dev/dm-$ device
belonging to the crypto raw device and if this volume is already mounted.
