--- Comment #22 from Emil Biserov 2007-09-08 04:14:43 MST ---
I have same problems with 10.2 installation after upgrade my m/b to Biostar
TA690G AM2 (AMD 690G/SB600), but after counts attempts kernel boots up
sometimes and running unstable (may hang up when k3b have failed burn an DVD,
for ex).
OpenSuSE 10.3 Beta 2 have running great on this hardware without any problems,
even suspend to disk (with resume of course) was worked.
Yesterday I have tried install 10.3 Beta 3, but booting from DVD hangs (or
freeze for long time) after "PCI: MSI quirk detected. MSI deactivated." message
until acpi is turned on.
