https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=725166 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=725166#c0 Summary: /etc/mtab is a file (again) Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.1 Version: Factory Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Critical Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation AssignedTo: locilka@suse.com ReportedBy: coolo@suse.com QAContact: jsrain@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- For some reason /etc/mtab in the system is a file during installation and yast removes the file, but relies on the system to create the symlink. Sysvinit did this, but systemd doesn't, so we have a problem. Please change yast to do `ln -s /proc/self/mounts /etc/mtab` after the removal. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
