It affects upgrading KDE users who a) use gpg-agent and b) don't have gpg.conf, options or gpg-agent.conf in ~/.gnupg, but this may not be a sufficient set of steps to reproduce. The workaround is to set "pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-qt" in gnupg/gpg-agent.conf This setup worked in 10.1 but does not in 10.2.
