https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1233376 Bug ID: 1233376 Summary: AUDIT-TASK [SELinux] investigate multibuild as a way to speed up selinux-policy compilation Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Security Assignee: security-team@suse.de Reporter: filippo.bonazzi@suse.com QA Contact: security-team@suse.de Target Milestone: --- Found By: --- Blocker: --- Multibuild is used on OBS to build multiple flavours of programs, e.g. in rpmlint with rpmlint, rpmlint-strict and rpmlint-test. Perhaps this can be used to split up the selinux-policy package into its flavours (targeted, minimum, ...) so that building is broken up across different compilation units. If this works it could speed up package compilation by a factor of ~N (given N package flavours). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
