I'm not sure about that. What other commands do sr/scsi issue? Maybe we can
blacklist them separately? I'm worried about cdda/dvd play,rip/recording
performance. Many applications issue non-read/write data transfer commands
using sg. If we do all of them using pio, performance hit will be significant.
Other than commands from sr/scsi, IDE drivers also have been issuing all the
direct commands aligned to 16 bytes using DMA which means that ODDs can handle
most commands issued by those applications. So, I think we're better off
filtering out offending commands.
