When I go to
https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:How_to_set-up_a_HP_printer
and therein click on "review pending changes"
I get there
https://en.opensuse.org/index.php?title=SDB:How_to_set-up_a_HP_printer&oldid=56193&diff=cur&diffonly=0
and therein both [Accept revision] and [Unaccept revision] look grayed out
(of course I am logged in as "jsmeix")
nevertheless I can click on [Accept revision] but then nothing at all
happens - not any kind of message.
When I go to another article of mine e.g.
https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Printer_Accounting
I do no longer have the "Edit" tab regardless that I am logged in
as "jsmeix" - I only have a "View source" tab which shows this:

You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reason:
Your IP address has been automatically blocked because it was used by
another user, who was blocked by Hennevogel. The reason given is this:
Autoblocked because your IP address has been recently
used by "Mdniloy314".
The reason given for Mdniloy314's block is: "Spamming links
to external sites: spammer"
Start of block: 15:10, 13 March 2013
Expiry of block: 15:10, 14 March 2013
Intended blockee: 137.65.227.75
You may contact Hennevogel or one of the other administrators
to discuss the block.
Note that you may not use the "e-mail this user" feature unless
you have a valid e-mail address registered in your user preferences
and you have not been blocked from using it.
Your current IP address is 137.65.227.75, and the block ID is #37.
Please include all above details in any queries you make.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Googling for "What is my IP?" results
"Your public IP address is 195.135.221.2"
Totally messed up and broken stuff.
In particular this IP address blocking already caused
issues for me in the past.
Blocking evil users by blocking their accounts is correct
but blocking them via IP addresses is plain nonsense.
