https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=388173 Summary: YCP SelectionBox widget does not adjust to a preselected entry Product: openSUSE 11.0 Version: Beta 2 Platform: Other OS/Version: openSUSE 11.0 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: jsmeix@novell.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com CC: mschmidkunz@novell.com Found By: Development I did a 11.0 beta2 installation from scratch with KDE4 on x86_64 hardware. When I have a YCP SelectionBox with many entries (more than fit in the widget so that there is a scroll bar) and one near the end of the list is preselected (via the additional "true" parameter) the GUI does not adjust the screen display so that the preselected entry is visibe. Instead the SelectionBox appears with the beginning of the list (i.e. with topmost scroll bar) so that one has to use the scroll bar manually to see that there is one entry already preselected. I don't know if this happens only when KDE4 is installed or if it happens with any underlying UI system or if it is perhaps a bug in the YaST UI. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
