During my upgrade from 11.4 RC 1 to 11.4 RC 2 I noticed the following: 1. Progress bar does not change during installation of packages, but it remains in 0 %. So, the slide tab does not either. The user knows of the progress looking at the package installation tab. 2. Installer priorized the source install from Internet instead from the DVD, so the installation lasted circa 3 hours, instead of 20-30 minutes. 3. At the end, the installer complained of a long list of packages that were not properly installed (circa 200). 4. As they were downloaded and erased, I spend two more hours in their installation from Internet (although I set the DVD priority as 1 in the YaST2 > Repositories). 5. Although they all seemed to be rightly installed, today, when I opened the package manager to check whether the Sugar Desktop was available or not (Yast2
Manage packages) I got an advice that there were many packages that were wrongly installed the last time, and ask me to reinstall them. I accepted and without install or uninstall anything else than that the package manager suggested, YaST2 is re-installing 189 packages! I haven't tried to reproduce those all issues, due to this would implied to re-install the whole OS, but issue 1 and 2 are present in clean install and upgrade install.

Actual Results: The progress bar during packages install is stuck in 0 %, Install priorizes Internet sources instead DVD, and I have to deal with a lot of packages that are not properly installed if it were an OS upgrade.
