Hi,
Try downloading the source package xorg-x11-driver-video from openSUSE
(perhaps, from factory repo -
http://download.opensuse.org/factory/repo/src-oss/suse/src/) and the
xf86-video-intel-2.14.901.tar.bz2 from
http://xorg.freedesktop.org/archive/individual/driver/ install the src.rpm (rpm
-ivh) and copy xf86* to your source package dir (usually
/usr/src/packages/SOURCES) and run (from /usr/src/packages/SPECS):
rpmbuild -bb package xorg-x11-driver-video.spec
after changing the version of intel driver to the one you downloaded and
disabled the patch 155 (put # on the start of line).
Install the generated package (will be on /usr/src/packages/RPMS/<your
archtecture>/) with:
rpm -Uvh <generate package>
fixed most of my problems.
Regards,
Andre
