ok, after doing some testing and checking online, this seems to be a known problem Could you point to the most interesting discussion, pls.
From dmesg after suspend, it looks like we have a corrupted or wrong DSDT

For me it looks like a very small part of the BIOS DSDT/SSDT table is broken. This small part only gets evaluated/parsed after suspend. Found unknown opcode 23, 17, 20 could help to find the corrupted place. Unfortunately the extracted DSDT.dat ends in an endless loop when running: acpiexec DSDT.dat Therefore this cannot be that easily debugged in userspace.
