kiwi is dealing with system/boot/ix86/*/config.xml files and uses the packages
from there. the -requires do just reflect what is written in these files.
So, if there are packages referenced in the config.xml which do not exist kiwi
will fail as well during build time, I guess. OBS is just not trying to build
at all because it sees that the packages do not exist.
There is zero chance to know all packages which may be available public
available at kiwi build time since this is decided during product build, after
all packages have been build.
I have no idea how a patch could look alike which ignores referenced packages
in the desc xml files which do not exist in reallity.
So, either build for i686 by default (where this package exists) or do not
require it for i586.
The bug here is that the -requires package should be i686 architecture? So that
it can not be installed on i586?
That would of course making building plain i586 appliances impossible via this
package.
Tell me if you want that.
