[Bug 227392] dialog translated badly to german ("Cancel" should be " Abbrechen", not "Verwerfen")

"cancel" appears more often ;) In base.de.po we translate "cancel" as "verwerfen" to make it different from "abort" (abbrechen). In the past(?) there was a dialog using both these key. That's why we must translate the keys differently.
