All of the listed components except the last two items are actually properly installed as I verified (these last two items look to me like some cyclic dependency). Ignoring the error message resulted in a 'successfull installation', but the system was afterwards not bootable anymore and had to be re-installed from scratch. I already tried to pre-install 32bit runtime environment and to use rpm --rebuilddb with no improvement resulting from it. My platform: Laptop HP Pavilion DV9757EZ Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7250 @2.00GHz Monitor hardware: NVidia GeForce 8400M GS , LCD 800x600@60HZ Resolution 1024 x 768 (XGA) , 65536[16bit] Colors OS: Linux2.6.22.5-31-default x86_64 System: openSUSE 10.3 (x86_64) I would greatly appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible.
