https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=247230 Summary: Console mouse driver gpm: option -V verbosity doesn't work Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: rmatov101@charter.net QAContact: qa@suse.de Source: http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse/2007-02/msg01906.html Versions: gpm-1.20.0 and gpm-1.20.1 I looked in source and file /src/gpn.c has command line scanning function cmdline, but branch for V verbosity option is missing, so gpm is running with default verbosity. The option V is listed in help message. Last time it was present is gpm-1.19.3 in SUSE 8.2. Is there any problem to restore. It was one liner: case 'V': gpm_debug_level += (0 == optarg ? 1 : strtol(optarg, 0, 0)); break; The other solution is to remove option from help message. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
