Using an incorrect passwd will give the pass prompt again. When this hang occurs, icmp dies and on the local console (vnc) DNS doesn't work anymore; only a restart will help, until I again try to ssh into the system. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.boot system 2.start ping to system --- runs fine 3.ssh to system and after passwd given, ssh waits forever and icmp et al dies Actual Results: ssh hangs and icmp dies.
