If the 'yast2 keyboard' is now deprecated, it needs to be disabled or print an error message.
It has been removed from the visible YaST modules.
It would be helpful that there is a guide to configuring the keyboard. Not all environments are running via xdm.
All common desktops (KDE, Gnome, I guess also xfce) have a keyboard configuration tool.
Need a method that works to be able to set keyboard and map outside of running xdm or other login manager.
Please advise.
Again. WONTFIX. Or run /etc/X11/xdm/keytable manually after editing /etc/sysconfig/keyboard:KEYTABLE. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
