It depends on the exact warning dialog. Some dialogs appear once and have the option to keep it activated unset by default so this warning doesn't come up anymore in the future. If you want to keep that warning you have to select the option. That still works for me (just tested with FF 2.0.0.3). It's also in Edit->Preferences->Security->Warning Messages (Settings).
