2) I could run Yast, make _no_ changes, click "accept" and I should not be
asked about any dependencies, because they are not changed. IOW the state of
the system and state of the dependencies should be exactly the same as before
(after previoisly finishing Yast -- I ignore in discussion, zypper, rpm, etc).

The problem is with current workflow of Yast, that you can install package A.
This triggers autoinstall of 10000 other packages, but yast instead of saying
it right away, jumps into conflicts of those 10000 packages (+A at first), so
from user POV it is "where all those packages come from, I just selected A".
Steps:
A (1) --> dependency packages (2) --> conflicts (3)
Yast presents those steps in such order:

With little list, it is manageable, with bigger -- absolutely not.
