This is on a 1920x1200 screen. This also occurs in openSUSE 11.3 (KDE 4.5.3), so not sure if it's an upstream issue. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the Panel Settings dialog. 2. Adjust the Height setting. 3. Actual Results: The Height setting indicates about '1,094' when the Panel height is at about 40 pixels.
