http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1136772 Bug ID: 1136772 Summary: Kernel bug triggered when mounting btrfs file system Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Kernel Assignee: kernel-maintainers@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: gottfried.necker@gmx.de QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Created attachment 806382 --> http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/attachment.cgi?id=806382&action=edit dmesg output The btrfs file system on the system disk suddenly got damaged. The reason is unknown. Subsequent attempts to reboot and mount led to messages in the system log: kernel BUG at fs/btrfs/ctree.h:3524! Using a recent rescue disk didn't really help. I attached the output of dmesg. I was trying to mount the disk using the tumbleweed rescue disk. 'btrfs scrub' was not helpful. I can mount the file system on the disk, but I can't do anything useful with it. All operations seem to block. Any ideas what I could do with this file system are welcome -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
