http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=995423 Bug ID: 995423 Summary: evince clutters the shell from where it is started Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: x86-64 OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME Assignee: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: Leon.Meier@yandex.ru QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Package: evince Version: Evince clutters shell from where it is started. Reproduced by opening $ evince filename.pdf & and then selecting "Open a Copy" from the menu. The following text is printed to the console: [ (evince:23841): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: <data>:2:29: The style property GtkToolbar:shadow-type is deprecated and shouldn't be used anymore. It will be removed in a future version ] Closing both copies produces [ (evince:23841): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid (NULL) pointer instance (evince:23841): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_signal_handler_disconnect: assertion 'G_TYPE_CHECK_INSTANCE (instance)' failed ] I observe no other direct ill consequences. However, I'm doing some work in the shell from time to time, so, for me personally, such printfs are simply bothersome and sometimes disrupting. Please repair. Thanks in advance and best regards, Leon. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
