Done. No improvement. Tried twice, both got degraded array md1 so decided it's
not the fix we're after.
first reboot with the two added lines from comment #50
Several slow points during boot.
Severe hang during boot at boot.md-retry (which possibly has some recursion),
with system entering emergency mode after something like a 1min timeout.
Array md1 was degraded. Manually re-added 2nd drive, then systemctl default
Disabled services boot.md-check, boot.md-retry
second reboot
Log files included.
Array md1 was degraded. Manually re-added 2nd drive.
Otherwise boot sequence as always.
