In my tests,
The patch actually loads the module when configure dummy interface from
yast-lan, so it is not necesary to do it manually anymore; but it isn't setting
the IP address properly.
After I add the dummy interface through yast-lan, configure it with a static IP
address, then check with "ifconfig dummy0" or "ip addr show dummy0" and there
is no IP assigned. Not even when I run "ifconfig dummy0 up" "ifup dummy0".
I still have to set the IP address via "ip address add IFADDR dev dummy0".
