Also one has no way to manually remove those entries. The only possibility is to recreate the deleted folder and then unselect it in Amaroks collection management screen (Settings->Configure Amarok->...). Upon clicking on "Apply" the old entries get removed from the database. IMHO upon clicking "Update Collection" deleted directories should be removed and entries contained in them should be removed from the collection db.
