The sound card driver does not work properly. The YAST/Sound test is sometimes mute, sometime reproduced partialy or completely.
What does this mean exactly? You don't hear the sound from which output? (YaST is no best way for testing up the sound system on 12.1, but it's an off-topic.) (In reply to comment #2)
